I, Lisa, began my real estate journey in 1983, working with top builders in the Midwest. From 1995 to 1997, I was co-owner of on of the largest appraisal firms inthe western US. In 1997, I moved to Atlanta and started flipping homes, combining my experience in building, decorating, and appraising. Life changed when I suddenly became a single mom with two kids, but I pushed forward and launched my solo real estate career. By 1999, I was the top-producing agent in my Re/Max office. A year later, I married Win, whose financial background complemented my work. After our youngest daughter was born in 2003, I joined a coaching program to rebuild my momentum. The pressure was intense, especially the daily 7am cold calls—which just weren’t my style. When I couldn’t keep up, Win stepped in to help with the calls. But soon we learned he needed a license to do that legally—so, without hesitation, he jumped with both feet into his real estate career. That was the start of Team Win—a supportive partnership that grew into a top-producing, multi-agent team we’re proud of today.
