Win and Lisa have a combined real estate experience of over 33 years and they have specialized in the Cumming Ga Homes market since 1997. Lisa began her real estate career in the mid 80′s working in the home building and real estate appraisal industry. All of this knowledge will be at your disposal when you choose to work with the Cumming Ga Homes Team.
When Win and Lisa take a break from their busy real estate team, they enjoy spending time with their three beautiful children and two standard poodles. Win is an 7th degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do and has been playing the guitar since he was old enough to pick one up. Lisa enjoys working with the Cub Scouts and bass fishing at the lake behind their home.

Kim ArehartTeam Member
Kim Arehart has been a licensed agent since March 2005. She began her real estate career with Prudential, but within a year made the switch to the Solid Source Realty family. In April 2006, Kim joined the Cumming GA Homes Team and works the Northern Metro Atlanta area — Fulton, Forsyth, Cherokee, Cobb, Gwinnett & Hall Counties. Kim enjoys helping first time home buyers, because she remembers how overwhelming the process can be, but she has the experience to assist even the most seasoned home buyers. Kim absolutely loves the real estate profession and works hard to exceed every client’s expectations.
Kim and her husband Charlie have been in the Atlanta area since 2003. When she is not working on real estate, Kim loves the water. She and Charlies have a pontoon boat on a small neighborhood lake and are thrilled when they are able to share that with friends. She also enjoys tackling small home improvement projects, which she learned much about as a volunteer with Habitat for Humanity for nearly 2 years.

Jim Brannon has been a licensed real estate agent in the State of Georgia since October 1997 and has worked with such firms as Re/Max and Drake Realty before his 2004 joining with the Solid Source Realty family – the top selling firm in Georgia in 2009 and 2010. In 2008, Jim joined the Cumming GA Homes Team (the top performing team for Solid Source Realty GA in 2009 and 2010) and was personally the top selling agent on the team in 2010. Jim specializes in the county areas of Forsyth, North Fulton, Hall, West Gwinnett, East Cobb, and the cities of Cumming, Johns Creeks, Alpharetta, Roswell, Peachtree Corners, Norcross, Duluth and Gainesville. “Since I have grown children, I enjoy working with young and middle aged homes buyers – both first time and move-up buyers, and am mature enough to relate to and work well with mature and retired individuals to find their retirement and empty nester homes.”
Jim is married with four children and three grandchildren. He attends North Point Community Church in Alpharetta. He recently served on a three week long church sponsored mission trip with Global Leadership to Ukraine to teach Ukrainian business men and women Christian based business principles. His hobbies include sailing Lake Lanier and the Caribbean, traveling, playing guitar, reading, and studying investment management.
Beverly Younkins Team Member
Beverly Younkins joined the Cumming GA Homes team in 2009 and has been a licensed real estate agent for over 30 years, providing her clients with the highest standard of expertise and the one-on-one attention they deserve. She has practiced real estate in both Georgia and Florida, working with such greats as Buckhead Brokers, Coldwell Banker, Re/Max Coastal and was an on-site agent for North Florida Builders, a premier custom home builder. She is now a member of the Solid Source Realty family and a shining start with the Cumming GA Homes Team. She consistently ranks as a top producer, helping hundreds of families with their real estate needs, both buying and selling. Whether you are a young family or empty nester, you will surely benefit from Beverly’s skill and knowledge.
Beverly and her husband Dan have spent most of their lives in the Atlanta area. They have 4 grown children and becoming grandparents brought them back to Atlanta. According to Beverly, she is often found to be insufferable showing pictures and bragging about her grandchildren. They are members of Holy Innocents’ Episcopal Church and have been active on the Vestry Committee. They have also enjoyed participating in Habitat for Humanity projects.

Robin Noakes has been serving in the real estate community as far back as the mid 1980′s. Robin has her Paralegal degree, and her real estate experience includes mortgage, title and brokerage services. Robin now focuses full time on real estate sales as a top producing member of the Cumming GA Homes Team. Robin prides herself on truly giving superb service and going the extra mile for each and every client. “I truly understand the meaning of concierge level service, and I strive to give that kind of service – or better - in every transaction” says Robin. Robin and her husband Bo enjoy traveling, playing with their Jack Russell Terrier, vacationing at the beach and spending time with their family and friends.

Cumming GA Homes Team agent Shandra Sullivan Hampton has been providing superb customer service to her Metro-Atlanta real estate clients for almost a decade. Recently, she brought her experience to the Cumming Ga Homes Team, Solid Source Realty GA’s #1 sales team for 3 years running. As primarily a buyer’s agent, she enjoys working with first-time home buyers, and her portfolio of investors. She also received certification from the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing in 2008, making high-end purchases another of Shandra’s niches. The golden rule governs the way she does business; she truly treats every transaction as if it were her own. “The concept works for me, as I have been nominated for NAMAR Million Dollar Club and I garner rave reviews from past clients”, says Miss Hampton.
Shandra is a UNC Chapel Hill grad (TARHEELS ROCK) and Winston-Salem, NC native, she has been living in Metro-Atlanta for over 12 years. When she takes off her real estate hat for the day, she is a loving mother who volunteers in the community. Her 14 year old son is the apple of her eye and keeps her busy with his various sports activities. She volunteers with his school, Greater Atlanta Christian in Norcross, as well as with Hands on Atlanta and Fulton County Department of Family and Children Services. Tennis, GOOGLE and dining out are her passions!
